• Consultation/planning meeting (via phone or in person) • Help keep you organized and to-dos prioritized • Budget preparation/timeline to book vendors/customized vendor recommendation/payment schedule • Stationery + website direction/ vendor selection assistance with proofing • Planning site meeting (once venue is selected) • Event design + rentals coordination • Assist planning wedding weekend schedule of events • Plan wedding day ceremony + reception aesthetics & floor plans • Assist with seating chart creation • Vendor confirmation including delivery and pick-up times • Vendor contract review • Coordinate rehearsal and attendance • Facilitate set-up and breakdown on wedding day • Ceremony and reception coordination • Advise, assist, and answers questions leading up to your event + ongoing vendor communication • Professional and local vendor referrals • Assist with setting up hotel room blocks • Coordinate transportation and shuttle booking for guest and family • 2 hours ceremony rehearsal supervision
